“I love the privacy and the consistency of Vibe. I love Carly and Sam; and I can always count on getting my workout in.”

Karen has been a member at VIBE since it’s opening in 2018. Prior to VIBE she has worked consistently one-on-one with Carly for years.

______

“I followed Carly because her intuitive style made me look forward to my weekly workout. I NEVER don’t want to go-which says a lot about a workout. She has a gentle way of encouraging me and we have navigated my PCOS together with my diets and workouts.”

When Karen was 22-years-old she was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), which is incurable; but the symptoms can be managed.

______

“I was always into nutrition and fitness but I was gaining weight. I struggled with my weight for pretty much my whole life.”

______

In 2022, Karen saw an Endocrinologist that helped her manage her hormones with medication. She has since lost 20 pounds and is continuing to live her best life!

“I never give myself the option not to workout. I just know I’ll feel better afterwards so I just build it into my schedule.”

______

Fun Fact:
I am originally from New Jersey and met my husband in Boston. We moved here over 20 years ago to buy my husband’s family restaurant, Jake’s. While Jake runs the restaurant, I work in Real Estate for Keller Williams. I love helping people transition into new stages of their life. We have a 14 year old son named Noah who keeps us busy. We love to travel, ski and spend time with our Italian Waterdog, Coco.

Favorite Life ‘Mantra’: “Stay On Your Mat.”

______

“This started out as a mantra I would repeat to myself during yoga to help me stay present during our practice, reminding myself to stay on my mat physically, mentally, and emotionally. It has since evolved into a general life mantra that I say to myself when I’m feeling overwhelmed or notice that I’m starting to compare myself to those around me. It’s a nice reminder that keeps me grounded and present.”

Meaghan is simply a breath of fresh air. When she is not working her regular job in marketing or doing photography, she enjoys being outside in nature; hiking through local forests and/or hitting the road to visit national parks. You can also find her smiling and ready to work face at VIBE.

______

Since 2020, Meaghan has been a consistent VIBE member attending both yoga and fitness classes six days a week. Her main wellness goal is to continue to love the body she has been given and let go of comparing herself to others.

Allison Kremers

Favorite Life ‘Mantra’: “Just Breathe.”
Allison has been a VIBE member since it opened in 2018, and has worked with Carly and Samantha for the past eight years. She attends fitness classes and has done personal training.
“I knew VIBE would be great fit for me. I need the accountability of a live class and the motivation from Carly and Samantha always keeps me pushing to work hard and stay healthy.”

Favorite Things About VIBE: The amazing trainers, the small community vibe and the challenging live instructor led classes.
Allison attends about three to four VIBE fitness classes a week. She continues to work on her goals of building strength and muscle, maintaining healthy eating habits, and practicing gratitude.
“Exercise helps me maintain my mental health as well as my physical health; especially on days when I’m tired and sluggish. I know getting to a class will make me feel better!”

When Allison is not working out at VIBE she enjoys spending time with her husband Jarrod and her 7-year-old daughter Maeve. They enjoy being outdoors, hiking, camping and relaxing at home with their pets Lily and Wesley. Allison also has a Biology degree from UW Whitewater and is a Project Manager for Abbott Diagnostics.
Fun Fact: In 2015, Allison and Samantha did a weighted yoga sequence for Mom’s expecting on TMJ4 News when Allison was 38 weeks pregnant.
