Gyms and fitness studios are a dime a dozen. Doesn’t it feel like everywhere you turn, there’s a new one popping up? We’re all for everyone finding a place to create a healthy lifestyle and feel like they’re at home! But the truth is, VIBE is unique. We’re different from every other gym or fitness studio out there because we’re a yoga, health, and fitness community. 

Today, we’re sharing what sets us apart!

1. We Support Our Community Members

The support our members feel goes way beyond the encouragement and motivation they get from the people they encounter within our walls. The moments we all find ourselves needing support happen throughout our days and in different areas of our lives. That’s why our Online Support Groups are so valuable to our community members.

On Facebook, our members can access our VIBE Community Page. In this forum, our team and community members share positive and inspirational resources. We also have a Recipe Sharing Group with healthy and tasty recipes you can try at home. Quick, free, and 24/7 access to a supportive group of fellow VIBE community members makes it fast and easy to feel supported on your own health and fitness journey!

2. VIBE Book Club

At VIBE, we’re about so much more than working out. We believe in helping our community create full lives where mental and physical wellness are priorities. Reading is a fantastic hobby and has tons of benefits for your mental health. It reduces stress, helps you relax, and can be educational or purely for entertainment.  

With our VIBE Book Club, all members and non-members of our community can join us to discuss great books. We gather every two months at VIBE or at a park (depending on the weather!) and enjoy wine and mostly-healthy snacks. It’s a really fun way to keep reading in great company!

3. Community Workshops

One of our favorite ways to connect with our community members beyond our day-to-day classes and offerings is our Community Workshops! We invite our community to learn about particular topics important to taking care of our minds and bodies at these events. Recently, we’ve had workshops covering everything from breathwork/meditation and special yoga practices to nutrition!

4. Fundraising Events

It’s really important to us at VIBE to give back to our local communities and support causes that make a difference. Through fundraisers and donation drives, we help nonprofits with their mission to create meaningful change and help those in need. 

Typically, we choose a local nonprofit and help them raise resources or collect supplies. Together, we can make a difference in people’s lives and create a ripple effect of goodness.

For a recent fundraising event, we partnered with CycleBar for Glow Ride & Yoga Flow to support breast cancer awareness. It was SO much fun, and raised money for an important cause!

5. Partnering With Community Businesses

You might have heard about the fantastic community events we’ve held at The Corners of Brookfield, like Yoga and Coffee with The Goddess and The Baker, or rooftop yoga at Cafe Hollander! We plan on doing more events there soon: We know our community loves to shop and spend time there, and it’s an excellent way for us to meet them where they spend their time outside the studio!
