Summer might be winding down, but we’re kicking into gear with our new class schedule at VIBE! We’re thrilled to introduce additions that give our VIBE community a fun and exciting mix of yoga and fitness classes to choose from and at convenient new evening time slots.

Kick It Up With VIBE Thai Pads/Cardio Kickboxing

Are you looking to spice up your routine? VIBE Thai Pads/Cardio Kickboxing is a great place to start! 

If you’ve already had a chance to check out this class virtually, you’ll love experiencing it in person at VIBE. Our experienced coach, Grabiel, leads you through energetic combinations featuring Thai pads, kicks, power movements, cardio sequences, and core work. It’s a one-two punch that will leave you feeling sweaty and strong!

VIBE Thai Pads/Cardio Kickboxing is an interactive class that will give you a great workout regardless of your fitness level. You’ll sweat out your frustrations, learn some new skills, and have a blast moving your body.

A Gentle Yoga Practice for Anyone With VIBE Gentle Flow

Looking to ease your way into yoga and fitness classes, or for a slower class for your practice? VIBE Gentle Flow is the newest addition to our yoga class mix and the perfect place for you to breathe deeply, focus on poses, and enjoy a nice and slow practice.

In VIBE Gentle Flow, Kate guides you through an hour of class focusing on posture, alignment, and breathing. You’ll spend time exploring poses as you lead with your breath first and posture second.

Hang With Us at VIBE Trapeze Yoga

We’re thrilled to bring trapeze yoga to the VIBE studio! Come check out the beautiful yoga trapezes we’ve installed to create an invigorating and engaging experience for our VIBE community.

In VIBE Yoga Trapeze, our members take part in an exciting spin on traditional yoga classes. Using our supportive trapezes, you’ll be able to practice poses that are great for your spine, core, and upper body – without putting stress on your wrists, shoulders, upper back, and neck.

VIBE Yoga Trapeze is one of the new yoga and fitness classes offered at the studio.

Our VIBE Yoga Trapeze class also gives you a chance to do inversions, shoulder stretches, and deep backbends in a passive way, letting you comfortably hold poses longer. Instructor Annie shares the trapeze yoga expertise she learned in Europe and will show you how to enjoy a rejuvenating experience, whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned student.

Energize Your Routine with Our New Class Times

Monday night VIBE Flow w/ Sandra: 

Our signature vinyasa yoga class created with the intent to connect the breath, move the body and clear the mind. All levels are welcome.

Sandra infuses her vinyasa flow practice with her love of nature, poetry, and personal experiences that may relate to a yoga concept or asana. She may also draw inspiration from a few of her favorite things: her two daughters, clay sculpting, vegetable gardening, cross country skiing, cooking for others, and Door County/Hawaii.

Wednesday night VIBE X8 w/ Nikki:

Love the explosive excitement of VIBE X8, but struggle with morning workouts? We’ve got you covered with our new VIBE X8 class time on Wednesday nights with Nikki!

In VIBE X8, you’ll alternate short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods that will leave you feeling empowered and motivated. Nikki leads all participants at every fitness level through a challenging and fun class!
