We’ve all been to a fitness center or class that makes us feel awkward, out of place, or intimidated. At VIBE, that idea of intimidation really isn’t our style. We know how tough it can be to find motivation and encouragement when you’re exercising in an environment that makes you uncomfortable. We pride ourselves on our amazing and unique community, because everyone should feel encouraged and welcomed as they work to create a healthier life.

Everyone is Welcome
At VIBE, all are welcome in our health and wellness community, and we mean ALL! Regardless of age, race, or gender, if you have the will to move your body and lead a healthier life, our doors are open. We offer a space for those who seek to enhance their lives through balance, power, and movement, and classes for every fitness level.
You’ll feel right at home when you walk into our bright and colorful space. Our team is here to greet you, fill you in on all of our health and fitness offerings, and help you choose which group exercise class or personal training service might be a good fit for you. Exercising is more fun with a group, trust us! Nothing helps motivate you more than the support of your peers.
Something we also take pride in, we aren’t like a chain gym where you might just feel like a number. At VIBE, you become a member of our family. You’re likely to get lots of cheers and high-fives while you’re here!
A Like-Minded Community
Support matters. Our team and our members come together to create a community of support and acceptance. All of us, no matter what fitness level, are always working towards a goal and learning from one another, it’s the best way we know how to grow.
We are like-minded people, all here to create healthier lives. And we know how much work that can be. When you focus on your fitness at VIBE, you feel a sense of camaraderie with those exercising with you. You’ll be overcoming obstacles and building your mental and physical health together. You’ll also have support from people who are in the same boat as you and want to see you succeed!
Even if you’re having an off-week (we all have those sometimes!), one of our staff will be there to check in to make sure you’re doing okay and see if there is anything we can do to help.
We Have Fun!
Want to know the best part of our fitness community? We. Have. Fun! That’s right! Exercise sometimes gets a bad rap for being boring and repetitive. Not at VIBE. We like to keep the vibe fun and positive.
Besides our variety of yoga and fitness classes and 1 on 1 personal training sessions, we also offer Saturdays in the Park. Join our awesome fitness community Saturday mornings for yoga or our HIIT class and soak up some sunshine while doing it! You’ll have a great time surrounded by great people.
Besides exercise and movement, we also like to offer other fun activities that focus on building a healthy lifestyle. We offer cooking classes so members can learn how to make healthy meals. We also offer guided meditations and positive affirmations to help you feel less stressed and more motivated. At VIBE, you’ll feel great physically and mentally as a member of our fitness community.
